Amendments to Article XI, Section 2.3 of the ICANN Bylaws

The proposed amendments to Article XI, Section 2.3 of the ICANN Bylaws are intended to clarify the continuing purpose of the Root Server Advisory Committee (RSSAC) and are consequence of the organizational review of the RSSAC.
